Colour Anodising:
Anodising is a very hard durable coating for aluminium which can be permanantly
dyed with a range of colours.
The proccess we use is the sulphuric acid process. This allows for a wide range of film thicknesses, up to 25 microns and gives excellent corrosion resistance. The film can provide a range of surface textures with many different finishes. Matt, satin or a polished finish may be produced with this type of process.
Decorative anodising on aluminium is available in satin silver, black, gold, red and blue. Other colours can be made available upon request.

Alochrome:
Corrosion protective coating applied to aluminium prior to painting. Also used on
control & instrument facias without painting, especially rack mounted enclosure parts, due to its
good electrical conductive properties, however it is a very soft coating & can easily be
marked.

Vibro Polishing & Barreling:
Used mainly on batches of small components to deburr & radius edges & corners.
